Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Print-to-Order kits are printed after you order, so they need time to print, cure, remove supports and quality-check before they ship. Most orders ship within 7 to 14 business days. When order volume is high this can take longer, and we'll email you if your order is going to take more than 21 business days.

Ready-to-Ship kits are already printed and checked. They ship within 1 to 3 business days.

If your order has both, we ship everything together once the print-to-order items are done, unless you ask us to split it.

Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting US holidays.

Shipping methods and cost

We ship with USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground and FedEx. Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box or on the shipping label mentions the contents or says "After Dark." The return address reads "Grimdark Hobbies."

Holiday cutoffs

During November and December we post our last order dates for holiday delivery on the site. Print-to-order kits have an earlier cutoff than ready-to-ship items.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package stuck or lost, email us and we'll work with the carrier. If a package shows delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll reprint it, replace it, or refund you. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it if you email us before your order ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you cover the new postage.
