These terms cover your use of grimdarkhobbiesafterdark.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by Grimdark Hobbies, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Age requirement

This Site sells adult collectible figures, and some product images and options contain mature content. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or buy from us. By using the Site you confirm you are 18 or older and that viewing this content is legal where you live.

2. What we sell

Our products are 3D-printed resin garage kits for hobbyists and collectors. Unless a listing says otherwise, kits ship unpainted and unassembled. Finishing, gluing, priming and painting are up to you.

Product photos are usually the sculptor's digital renders or painted examples. Your kit arrives as raw resin, and small variations from the photos are normal for 3D printing. Scale and size information is listed on each product. Please check it before ordering.

3. Licensed designs

We print designs under license from independent sculptors and design studios, and we support the artists whose work we sell. All sculpt designs remain the property of their creators. Buying a kit gives you the physical item for your personal use. It does not give you any right to copy, scan, reproduce, or resell the design itself.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a listing had a pricing or description error, a payment can't be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Cancellations: you can cancel a print-to-order item for a full refund if you email us before we start printing it. Once printing starts, the order can't be canceled.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Print-to-order items are made for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.

6. Handling resin kits

Resin parts can have sharp edges and small pieces. These are collectible hobby kits for adults and are not toys. Sand, cut and finish resin with care and good ventilation, and wear a dust mask when sanding.

7. Accounts and payment

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure. Payments are processed by Shopify and PayPal. We don't store your full card details.

8. Using the Site

Please don't misuse the Site. That includes trying to break its security, scraping it, or copying our product photos and descriptions for use elsewhere. Product photos, watermarks and site content belong to us or to our licensed sculptors.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and running, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
